At Dhritees, we want you to love what you order! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with easy returns and exchanges.
You can request a return or exchange if:
The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
The product tag/label is still attached.
The request is made within 7 days of delivery.
You received a wrong product, size, or a damaged/defective item.
Note: Personalized/Custom printed products are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:
Customized / Personalized products
Gift cards & digital items
Products purchased during clearance or final sale
Worn, washed, or altered products

Include your order number, product name, and reason for return/exchange.
Step 2: Wait for our team’s confirmation and instructions.
Step 3: Pack the product securely with the original invoice and ship it to the address provided.
Refunds will be processed after the returned product passes quality checks.
Refunds are made to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If the requested size or design is not available, we will issue store credit or a refund.
Only one-time exchange is allowed per order.
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Share unboxing photos/videos for verification.
We will arrange a free replacement or refund.
Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer (unless the product is defective or wrong).
For exchanges, we offer free re-shipping for the first exchange.
